I AM on the Right side of the Road

Wind was turning my face into a Picasso painting and the bus was coming on the opposite side of the road. It's the bus that'll come back around to pick us up, so this girl and I crossed the street and got on. We reached the end of the route and stayed in the bus. Everyone does that. All the other usual bus drivers understand that it's typhoon-like outside and impoverished college students who have no private transportation need big, warm buses to hide in. Not this one. =P As we approached the bus stop where we got on (this time on the opposite side la), the lady bus driver (it's always a lady, I'm telling you - ALWAYS) scolded the girl for getting on the bus on the 'wrong bus stop' and now she had to swipe her bus pass again, because the bus had finished the route and is starting over again. Doesn't make sense? Of coz not. It's not supposed to. Nevertheless, I realized my vulnerable position and scooted nearer to the window, trying to hide myself from the driver's rearview mirror. The girl (who got on the bus with me at the same time) got up and tried to swipe her card again but it didn't work of course because you can only swipe your card once in a bus every two hours. That's how they keep two or more students riding on the same bus with only one bus pass. So she got all the scolding, how it's wrong, and you have to wait at the 'correct bus stop!' on the 'right side of the road'. Miraculously, she didn't notice I'd done the same thing as the poor victimized girl. Thank You God, for making me invisible to unreasonable people. =D
